DTF Workflow Overview

Guided Entry
Printed film exits the TY-300 printer and enters the shaker unit via a pre-heater platen.

Powder Application
Inside the shaker, the film is dusted with adhesive powder in the powder bin.

Powder Reuse System
Excess powder is collected in dual trays and recycled to the top hopper for reuse, reducing waste.

Heat Cure
The powdered film travels through the heating section where the adhesive powder melts and adheres to the print.

Cooling & Take-Up
After curing, the film is cooled by an exit fan and automatically wound onto the media take-up reel—ready for heat pressing and final production.

Shipping/Delivery Requirements

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to receive a freight shipment. In most cases, this printer can be delivered via a lift-gate. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine whether their location can accommodate a lift-gate delivery prior to purchase. If a lift-gate is not available, the buyer must have a suitable forklift or reach truck with extended forks, along with a trained operator, available on-site at the time of delivery to safely unload the equipment. The buyer assumes full responsibility for all aspects of delivery and any associated costs, including but not limited to freight charges, additional delivery services such as re-routing or inside delivery, handling fees, equipment rentals, and return shipping if applicable.

Additionally, when installation is performed by a certified technician, the buyer must provide on-site assistance to help move and position the equipment. This process typically requires 3–4 able-bodied individuals to assist with lifting and properly mounting the printer to its stand.
