Has my order shipped?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that items may ship separately and you will receive tracking for each item on your order. Tracking may take time to update based on data sent from the courier.


How do I track my order?

Tracking is sent by email to the email address on your order. You can track items by logging into your "My Account" page, under "Orders."


Tracking number not working

If your order or provided tracking has not updated after a few business days of being place please call our customer service line at 1-800-771-9665.


An item is missing from my shipment.

Items often ship separately as we ship from the closest warehouse to the zipcode that your order was placed. Keep in mind that we may still be shipping your items, but separately. However, if for some reason the tracking provided is not working or displays as lost please call our customer service line at 1-800-771-9665.


How cancel my order?

Please call 1-800-771-9665 to resolve cancellation issues.


When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. In the event that you place an order and would like to cancel your backordered item, please call our customer service line at 1-800-771-9665.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the point in which your order is placed online.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Sales Tax & Exemptions


What States are Charged Sales Tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you reside in any of the following states AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, & WI in compliance with regulations of each specific state. If applicable, the sales tax rate will be determined by your billing address.


Tax Exemptions

If you are considered tax exempt please send [email protected] your tax exemption information. Once you are listed as tax-exempt in our systems, you will not be charged tax rates in the future.
