We have reset several usernames to reflect your e-mail address as we made the switch
to our new website. If you are having difficulty logging in, you may want to try
using your e-mail address as your username. If you still cannot log in, try your
"old" e-mail address (maybe your recently made the switch from an @aol.com account
to a @comcast.net address). We may have your "old" e-mail on file, so try using
that account as your user name with the password you used to create the account.
