The threadable lower platen allows garments to slide over the platen, helping isolate seams, buttons, zippers, and other obstructions from the application area. This design helps improve print placement accuracy while delivering more consistent heat transfer results.
Access the lower platen from underneath the heat press for faster and easier platen changes. With four interchangeable platen options, the Hotronix Threadable LowRider provides the flexibility to apply labels, patches, sleeves, left chest logos, and specialty placements.
The threadable design allows seams, buttons, and zippers to fall away from the pressing surface, helping reduce pressure inconsistencies and improving application accuracy. The compact, portable design also makes the LowRider a practical solution for shop or mobile heat printing environments.
Precise Heat Transfer Application
When application time is complete, the heat press automatically opens, allowing you to confidently multitask while helping avoid over-application and ruined garments. A center pressure adjustment, coupled with a floating heat platen, ensures a no-pinch application result regardless of garment thickness.
The patented Magnetic Auto Open feature automatically releases the press when the application cycle is complete, helping prevent over-application. The patented Magnetic Assist Lock Down makes it easier to close and lock the press while reducing operator fatigue.
Digital time, temperature, and pressure controls provide easy-to-read settings for repeatable heat transfer applications. The Twin Timer™ allows users to preset individual time settings for two-step applications or pre-heating and application.
