GF 780 Dragon Wrap™ is a 5.6 mil calendared carbon fiber vinyl film featuring a clear repositionable permanent acrylic adhesive on a 90# air-egress liner. This black film provides excellent dimensional stability, outstanding durability and outdoor performance.

GF 780 can be printed using solvent, eco-solvent and UV curable digital inks. The repositionable permanent adhesive offers minimal initial bond that grows to a permanent bond, facilitating application of large graphics, while the air-egress liner makes bubble-free installation easier.

No. Wax is not recommended with GF 780 Dragon Wrap™ because it can cause issues with the finish and texture.

What is the best way to care for my wrap film?
Dragon Wrap™ carbon fiber wrap film should be maintained with standard aftercare products designed for textured exterior vinyl surfaces to preserve its long-term appearance. A commercially available protectant such as Armor All or 303 Aerospace Protectant is recommended.

Are there any other typical applications for this product?
Common uses include automotive accent restyling and automotive wraps when applied by experienced installers. Other applications include architectural signage and interior and exterior displays. These films are intended for flat to moderately curved surfaces. Heat setting the film and edges is always recommended. If printing, the films must be tested before production.

What is the expected exterior lifetime of GF 780 Dragon Wrap™?
GF 780 is designed to last outdoors for up to 5 years under normal exposure conditions.
