GF 246 is a premium 2.4 mil polymeric gloss white vinyl film coated with a grey solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# layflat liner. The repositionable adhesive provides flexibility during installation, while the polymeric vinyl offers durability and resistance to sunlight for long-term graphics. GF 246 can be printed using solvent-based, latex, UV, and thermal wide-format printing systems. It may also be printed using UV screen and UV curable offset processes, but testing is recommended before production.

Is GF 246 a full wrap film?
GF 246 works best on simple to moderate curves. Because it is a polymeric calendared vinyl, it is not intended for complex curves or deep recesses. A cast film may be better suited for vehicles with complex contours.
