GF 235 MotoMark® "GRIP" is a specially formulated premium flexible matte white PVC film with a unique high-bond solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and 90# layflat liner. The adhesive is formulated for powersport graphics and decals, including applications on low surface energy plastics that can be difficult to bond to. GF 235 can be printed using a variety of solvent-based, latex, UV, and thermal wide-format printing systems. The product may also be printed using UV screen and UV curable offset processes, but testing is recommended before production.

What does LSE mean?
LSE stands for Low Surface Energy. Plastics such as thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (HDPE) are examples of low surface energy materials that can be difficult to bond to and may require specialized high-tack adhesives. Many powersport vehicles, carts, and helmets are made with these types of plastics.

Is MotoMark® a full wrap film?
No. When GF 235 MotoMark® is used with GF 238 MotoMark® Laminate, the finished construction is approximately 15-16 mils. Although conformable, this construction is extremely difficult to wrap around curves and deep recesses.

What types of vehicles are ideal for GF 235 MotoMark®?
GF 235 is designed for applications on quads, snowmobiles, motocross and other powersport vehicles, helmets, and carts. Testing is always recommended before application.

What are the recommended laminates for GF 235?
GF 238 MotoMark® Laminate is the matching laminate and provides the most protection for helmet and powersport applications.

Can I use primer with this product?
Primer 94 is not recommended with GF 235. If absolutely necessary, a small amount of Pro Bond™ Adhesive Promoter may be used in tougher areas. Best practices are to thoroughly clean the surface and crevices, as most application failures are the result of dirt and debris.
