GF 234 GraphiTex™ 7.0 mil Matte White Polyester Fabric with Clear Repositionable Wall Adhesive

GF 234 GraphiTex™ is a 7.0 mil premium matte white coated polyester fabric with a clear acrylic removable pressure sensitive adhesive backed by a 90# layflat liner. The combination of fabric and adhesive allows for easy removal from normal wall surfaces. The 90# release liner provides excellent stability for processing with solvent, eco-solvent, UV curable, and latex digital inks commonly used in wide-format digital printing systems.

Can I use GF 234 on other surfaces?
GF 234 is designed for wall murals, decals, and graphics on most types of smooth painted interior walls, including most flat, semi-gloss, and gloss paint finishes. The surface must be smooth and clean prior to application. If applying to new paint, consult the paint manufacturer for proper curing conditions before applying GF 234.

What if I leave GF 234 GraphiTex™ on past its optimal removability time frame?
The adhesive will build for a few days before reaching its optimal bond. Because of the low-tack adhesive technology, it will not become more aggressive over time, but residue could occur beyond the one-year removability specification.

Can this product be used on elevators?
Elevator doors may have a clear coat or other type of protective treatment. GF 234 is not designed for coated, sealed, or treated stainless steel, brass, or bronze surfaces. Contact the facility manager to determine the appropriate product for the application.

When paneling larger jobs, do I use overlaps or butt-seams with this product?
Either method is acceptable, although butt-seams require a high degree of skill to properly align the panels. In most cases, an overlap will work best, with the amount depending on the size of the graphic. Smaller decals may require a 1/4"-1/2" overlap, while larger graphics will most likely require 1" or more. GF 234 is a polyester fabric, so take care not to stretch the material when applying it to the wall surface.
