With Next-Business-Day On-Site Repair Extended Service Plans, your repairs will be done by an Epson® Certified Technician, using genuine Epson parts. These plans feature comprehensive parts and labor coverage. The Printhead Self-Service Plan (limitations apply) allows you to purchase a printhead at a discounted price directly from Epson and install it yourself (Epson Cloud Solution PORT® account required). Printhead replacement cost and labor are not included in this extended service plan. With a full portfolio of extended service plans, Epson’s got you covered.
