Four independent temperature sensing and control points work with front preheating, bottom heating and added upper heating to expand heat coverage across the film path. This multi-zone heating system helps support consistent curing as production speeds increase.
Color Prime DTF Hot Melt Powder
Color Prime DTF Hot Melt Powder is a key component of the direct-to-film transfer process. Applied over the printed DTF film before curing, the adhesive powder helps the finished transfer adhere during heat pressing.
The included powder is formulated for DTF transfer printing on a variety of materials, including 100% cotton, polyester, nylon and more. After baking, the powder forms a solid white adhesive layer designed to support vibrant transfer colors.

Color Prime Quick Glide DTF Film
Color Prime DTF Film Quick Glide is designed for direct-to-film printing with an instant-peel process. Unlike some hot peel films that require additional waiting or rubbing after transfer, Quick Glide can be peeled immediately after transferring when used according to the recommended process.
The film features a high ink loading layer designed to accommodate additional layers of color or white for vibrant output and crisp prints. Its matte side also makes it easy to distinguish the printable surface.

How to Use Color Prime Quick Glide DTF Film
- Print: Print the mirrored image onto the matte side of the film using CMYK and white ink.
- Apply Powder: Apply hot melt powder evenly over the printed image and remove excess powder.
- Cure: Cure the hot melt powder using the recommended temperature settings.
- Heat Press: Transfer the image using medium pressure with the recommended temperature and time.
- Peel: Peel the film immediately after transferring, removing it gently.
- Finish: Heat press again at 137°C (280°F) for 5 seconds with medium pressure to enhance softer hand feel.
