The V7000 is a 4' x 8' UV flatbed printer for shops printing directly onto rigid substrates — outdoor signage, promotional goods, foam board, poster board, real estate signage, wood, metal, and glass. If your work is rigid media rather than roll goods, this is Epson's flatbed answer.

The V7000 package is regularly priced at $99,995, with additional savings available through Epson instant rebates that vary from month to month. See the current pricing information at the top of this page. The package includes the printer, installation by a certified Epson technician, dock-to-dock delivery, and a complete set of inks and cleaning fluid. The V7000 uses 10-color UltraChrome UV ink, including vivid Red for expanded color, opaque White ink, and varnish. UV inks cure instantly under UV light, producing durable prints suited to outdoor signage and promotional goods.

The V7000 prints directly onto rigid substrates up to 3.14 inches thick, with automatic thickness detection and adjustment — no manual setup when switching between thin poster board and thick materials. Compatible media includes foam board, wood, metal, glass, acrylic, and more.

Opaque white ink prints vivid color on dark, transparent, or colored substrates and can be used as an underflood base layer. Varnish adds glossy finishes and tactile textures — spot gloss, raised effects, and premium finishes that make prints stand out.

A four-zone vacuum system holds rigid media flat and secure across the 4' x 8' bed — no taping required. Zones can be controlled independently for accuracy and faster loading on smaller jobs.

Epson Edge Print RIP software is included for printer control and operation, covering layout, color management, and production workflow.

The printer measures approximately 4,635mm wide x 2,768mm deep x 1,730mm high and weighs about 1,370 kg (3,020 lbs) — this is industrial equipment that needs a prepared site with adequate floor space and access. Dock-to-dock delivery and installation by a certified Epson technician are included in the package.

The package includes the SureColor V7000 printer, initial setup tools, safety manual, and Epson Edge Print software — plus a complete set of inks and cleaning fluid, dock-to-dock delivery, and certified technician installation.

A built-in ionizer removes static electricity from media before printing, which improves ink adhesion and reliability — particularly important on plastics and acrylics that tend to hold a charge.
