Return of new/unopened merchandise purchased less than 30 days ago*

IT Supplies will only take back unopened items purchased within 30 days for credit of purchase price less 15% restock fee
RMA will be e-mailed within 3 business days of this request

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment (less restock fee) within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We are sorry, however once merchandise is opened, it is not re-sellable and cannot be accepted for return
IT Supplies cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased more than 30 days ago
We would suggest selling the merchandise on e-bay/Craigslist, or donate the items to a non-profit organization (School, church, etc) for a chartiable tax deduction

Return of damaged merchandise (inside damage/no shipping box damage)

Return of damaged shipment (shipping box damage by carrier in transit)
